• The diamond powder and metal powder will be sampling inspection, The diamond shape inspection, toughness testing, metal powder composition analyze, oxygen control.
• Steel core will be 100% inspection, diameter, arbor precision testing, flatness calculation.

Production:

• Advanced automatic production line is the gurantee for the precission manufacturing.

After Production:

• 100% inspeciton on each segments and each blades to make sure no defective finished products out of the facility.
